Challenge: Every other year we conduct a quilting challenge. Members who wish to participate pick up the rules of the challenge. At a later date participant bring their projects. The guild votes on the winners at our Summer Picnic and prizes are awarded.
This Year's Challenge was a Pizza Box Exchange.
PIZZA BOX EXCHANGE - Participating members made a 12.5 block of their choice out of the fabric in the box. Quilters read any notes included in the journals and any directions, and then add comments and their name. Boxes were returned at the next meeting and a new box given. This was repeated until the end.. Quilters received their original box with eight finished squares inside at the June picnic.
